The ATACORAT site remains a human-sized directory. This means that no matter how big the requesters are, they will always be in contact with small local service providers, competent in their field, whose objectives are to be reactive, friendly and to use all their knowledge to solve the problems for which they are contacted.
The directory is not there to promote large companies that already have market shares in large administrations and companies, because they do not need small clients and most of the time, when they are in contact with individuals or small companies, they treat them as “negligible quantity”.
Our policy of putting people in touch with each other allows each of them, the applicant and the participant, to have the best possible control over the different stages of their commercial relationship.
Indeed, applicants can take advantage of two search systems to find their service providers. Either by a manual choice by choosing themselves to contact one or several providers according to their proximity, references or ratings. Or by an automated choice where they simply enter their postcode, in which case the site’s algorithm automatically selects and contacts a provider for them.
It may seem restrictive for an applicant to open an account to carry out a search, but this has a definite advantage in that it allows for step-by-step monitoring of the request, passing through the service and ending with the rating of the service provided. 15 days after the service has been provided, the site contacts the applicant and asks them to give their opinion on the service provider. This is a short multiple-choice questionnaire (no more than one minute) which can be accompanied by a textual opinion which will be seen by all in the service provider’s file. This also allows a dispute to be opened in the event of a problem. This system aims to classify the providers and to eliminate the bad ones from our files.
Once the questionnaire has been correctly filled in by the applicant, the latter will have his account credited with a Reward which will allow him to obtain a reward of his choice. The list of rewards will only be available in 2023.
