By using our directories to solve your nuisance problems, you have the opportunity to give your opinion on the service provider’s performance. A few days after the intervention you are automatically contacted by us so that you can express your opinion by noting, on various criteria, the service performed. Depending on your feedback, the service will be rated positively or negatively.

The totality of the services provided by the service provider and the marks given to him enable him to obtain one of the 4 labels presented on this page and will be very useful for other Internet users to make their choice between good or bad service providers. This “professional merit” rating system allows us to eliminate bad providers.

There are 4 different labels, as follows:

– Diamond Label: Excellent provider,
– Gold Label: Very good service provider,
– Silver Label: Good provider,
– Bronze label: Average provider.

The label of each service provider is visible on its presentation sheet, it represents the global average of the ratings obtained on all its services carried out whatever the type of nuisance (rodents, insects, moles, …).

Sometimes you cannot see the label of a service provider and instead of it you will find “Label pending”. This means that the provider has not yet obtained enough ratings to be correctly labelled. At this point, we invite you to read the comments left by customers on its file. 

We therefore invite each client to rate the service provider who has worked on their premises as seriously as possible.

Negative rating :

The service providers presented to you are selected on the basis of their geolocation and the various professional certifications they provide us with when they register. However, we cannot be behind each of them and that is why we attach great importance to the ratings and opinions given by customers. 

A negative rating automatically results in a ‘dispute’ which invites both parties to get together to do what is necessary to resolve the problem.

Three negative ratings (whether or not the disputes are subsequently settled), over a period of one calendar year, systematically leads to the removal of the service provider concerned without the latter being reimbursed for the costs it has incurred with our services.
