The objective of the ATACORAT site is to prospect for new customers for you and thus to avoid you the empty passages between your building sites and especially to ensure your local communication near new customers like the private individuals, the tradesmen, the restaurant owners, the companies and the administrations. 

II, Registration to our services:

All you have to do is register via the “Pro Acces – Sign In” link at the top right of the home page. On this page you will have to fill in the information about your organisation (name, address, postcode, town, e-mail, telephone number and EORI number). 

On this same page you will find a text field asking you to briefly introduce yourself to our visitors.

Please be very general, as the same text will appear on your presentation sheet regardless of the category of pests selected by your future customer. We advise you to talk only about the following points:

– Your years of experience in pest control,
– Your professional certifications if you have any,
– Your geographical limits of intervention, citing a few cities.

Please note that your presentation text is limited to 500 characters and if you have a website you are not allowed to mention it.

Your registration is totally free but it is subject to verification by the administrator. The validation of your registration may take 1 to 5 days depending on the number of pending registration requests. 

Whether your application is accepted or rejected, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us.

III, Validated registrations:

If your application is accepted, you will have to go to your account using the temporary username and password that you will find in the registration confirmation e-mail.

Click on “Orders” and then “Browse Products” to choose the type(s) of pests you wish to appear on our site. Please note that you have free 3 months subscriptions to test our site. 

Free 3 months subscriptions for new members: – European Mole: For moles only – Wasps and Hornets: For wasps, European hornets and Asian hornets – Rodents: For mice, black rats and brown rats.

As soon as you have validated your free order you will appear on our referral pages within a few moments. You can take all 3 free subscriptions at the same time but only select what you are able to do.

A few days before the end of your free subscriptions you will receive an e-mail inviting you to buy the annual subscriptions you want.

Please note that if at the end of your subscriptions you have not renewed them, you will disappear from our pages, you will no longer be consulted by our visitors and you will lose your label and its advantages within the site. 

IV, Our publication concept: 

The ATACORAT website offers visitors a maximum of information about the different pest species that cause them problems. In its initial version, the following species are listed: mouse, black rat, brown rat, wasp, European hornet, Asian hornet and mole. Other pest species (flea, bedbug, cockroach, …) will be added as time goes by.

We suggest that our visitors contact you to solve their infestation problem in two ways:

A, Manual search for a service provider:

By opting for this type of search, the visitor simply has to enter the type of nuisance of which he is a victim and his postcode. A Google map will then appear with the details of the service providers closest to their home.

Once he has chosen his provider, he fills in a form with all his details and is also asked to give an explanation of his problem. As soon as he validates his form, the selected provider receives his request by e-mail.

B, Automatic search for a service provider:

By opting for this type of search, the visitor must select the type of nuisance of which he is a victim and fill in his request form. Once validated, our automated system automatically searches for and contacts the nearest service provider. The service provider receives not only an e-mail with the request but also an SMS message indicating that he has received a request. 

But be careful with this type of search, the service provider only has 30 minutes of exclusivity to respond to the request, otherwise the request will be automatically transmitted to the second service provider closest to the client, and so on, up to 4 service providers being contacted for the same request. 

This automated system is there to guarantee that the client will have a professional in a minimum of time. You must therefore be very reactive if you wish to recover the intervention.

For this type of research we have set up a system of schedules blocking all automatic requests made between 20:00 and 8:00 the next day, so that you can enjoy your evenings and nights. Applicants are informed of these times.

With this system and if the number of requests is important you can receive several SMS from 8:00 am.

V, The Labels:

On your service provider page, a system of labels has been set up, allowing applicants to select their service provider not only according to its proximity but also according to its professional skills. This means that in “manual search” mode, the service provider closest to the client will not necessarily be the one selected.

A, Operation: 

8 days after each intervention carried out by a service provider, our site automatically contacts the client by e-mail to ask him to answer a satisfaction questionnaire. According to the answers received, our system assigns a grade to the service provider for this intervention.

Over time, our system makes an overall average of the ratings and awards a label to the service provider. This overall average is based on all interventions, regardless of the type of pest the service provider proposes to work on. It is a label of “professional merit”.

The customer also has the possibility to leave a comment about the service. It is also possible to open a dispute in case of dissatisfaction if you have opened a “customer” account on our site. In this case, it is up to the service provider to take the necessary steps to settle the dispute with his client.

B, The Advantages:

They are simple, if you are a good provider you will have happy customers who will respond positively to the satisfaction questionnaire. You will progress in terms of labels, you will have good “customer reviews” on our site and you will have more requests for interventions.

C, Disadvantages:

They are also very simple, if you are a bad provider you will have unhappy customers who will answer negatively to the satisfaction questionnaire and who will not fail to leave negative reviews on your presentation sheet. You will be ranked at the lowest level of the labels and you will have no more requests. If you have more than 2 disputes, or for the most active 2% of disputes, on your current subscription period we will block your renewals and you will disappear from our pages.

VI, Conclusion:

The objective of the ATACORAT site is to bring together all the best service providers in the field of Pest Control in order to put them in contact with Internet users. We want the Internet users who pass through our intermediary to feel confident not only with us but especially with you. We want them to come back to us, and therefore to you, as soon as they have a new pest problem.
